The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 3 held on 29/07/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

The Board of Directorsof Al Maha Ceramics SAOG (AMC) in its meeting held on 29 July 2026 has approved Unaudited InterimCondensedFinancialStatementsfor the Six-Month period ended on 30 June 2026.

AMC has achieved revenue of   5.270 million during the six-month period ended on 30 June 2026, compared to revenue of   3.911 million in the same period last year, reflecting a growth of 35%.

The net profit after tax for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026 stood at  0.300 million, compared to  0.309 million in the same period last year, representing a decline of 3%.
