Subject: Disclosure of the appointment of the Deputy CEO of National Aluminium Products Company S.A.O.G.

National Aluminium Products Company S.A.O.G. (NAPCO) would like to inform its esteemed shareholders that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 29 July 2026, has resolved to appoint Ms. Jalila Salim Al Harthi as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, effective 2 August 2026, while continuing to hold her current position as Supply Chain Manager.

This appointment represents the culmination of a distinguished professional journey within the Company, as Ms. Jalila began her career in an entry-level operational role and continued to develop her skills and professional expertise, progressing through several leadership positions until earning this senior executive appointment.

This appointment reflects the Company’s commitment to developing and empowering Omani national talents, fostering a culture of career advancement based on merit and competence, and investing in its human capital.
