Riyadh – Mubasher: Armah Sports Company logged net profits valued at SAR 12.60 million in the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, marking a 48.23% hike from the SAR 8.50 million in Q2-25.

The fitness operator attributed the growth to a 17.41% rise in quarterly revenue, which reached SAR 60 million, alongside a reduction in finance costs due to lower debt balances and SIBOR rates.

Subscription revenue grew 15% during the quarter, supported by a higher member count and increased average revenue per user. Personal training income also rose 34%.

On a sequential basis, net profit increased by 8.62% from the SAR 11.60 million earned in Q1-26 as member activity normalized following seasonal shifts.

For the first six months (6M) of 2026, net profit reached SAR 24.30 million, down 11.63% from SAR 27.50 million in the prior-year period.

The company noted that the first half (H1) included a non-recurring gain of SAR 9.50 million from a sub-leasing operation. Excluding this one-off item, the current half-year profit of SAR 24.30 million would represent a 35% increase over the adjusted SAR 18 million from the previous year.

Total assets grew as shareholders' equity reached SAR 576.50 million.

On 13 July, Armah Sports submitted a formal application to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) to transition its listing from the Parallel Market (Nomu) to the Main Market.
