The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 4 held on 30/07/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Disclosure of Board of Directors' decisions

 

The Board of Directors of Dhofar Tourism Company SAOG ("the Company") is pleased to advise that it has resolved the following at the meeting of the Board of Directors (the "Board") held on30 July 2026:

a)    Approval of the unaudited Financial Statements of the Company for the six-month period ended 30th June 2026.

b)    Approval of the Board of Directors' report for the six-month period ended 30th June 2026.

·         The financial statements are available on the Muscat Stock Exchange (MSX) website.
