Qatar Stock Exchange announced today, Monday, August 3, 2026, the end of the trading period for Baladna's rights issue, which was conducted independently from the original shares and began on July 28, 2026.

 It is worth noting that the subscription period for the company's capital increase, through the offering of 535,996,240 shares at an issue price of QAR 1.01 per share, will begin tomorrow, Tuesday, August 4, and end on August 17, 2026.
