Clarifications Regarding the Rights Issue Timetable

With reference to the statement issued by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) regarding the rights issue timetable announced at the beginning of July 2026, and further to the Bank’s announcement dated 2 August 2026, the Bank would like to provide the following clarification with respect to the indicative timetable set out in the Rights Issue documentation.

The Rights Issue attracted wide-ranging engagement and an unprecedented level of demand from our valued shareholders, which reflects the confidence of shareholders and investors in the Bank’s growth strategy.

As a result, completion of the final allotment process required additional time which led to a limited delay in the listing of the new shares compared with the indicative timetable attached to the Rights Issue documentation, wherein it was expressly disclosed that the proposed timetable was indicative only and that actual dates may vary.

The Bank believes that the additional time taken to complete the allotment process (compared with the time provided in the initial indicative timetable) was limited but nevertheless regrets it and remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of shareholder service.

The Bank extends its sincere appreciation to the Financial Services Authority, the Central Bank of Oman, and Muscat Clearing & Depository Company SAOC for their valuable guidance and support throughout the Rights Issue process.
