Riyadh – Mubasher: The shareholders of Rasan Information Technology Company approved the election of a new board of directors for a three-year term during an ordinary general meeting held on 3 August 2026.

The meeting, which recorded a 59% attendance rate, saw the conclusion of the previous board's cycle in accordance with the maximum four-year limit stipulated under the new Companies Law.

The newly elected board will serve from 4 August 2026 until 3 August 2029. The nine-member board includes Moayad Abdullah Al Fallaj, Fahad Ahmed Abu Haimed, Abdulrahman Abdullah bin Ayban, Turki Salman Al Sudairi, Yasser Sulaiman Al Dawood, Abdulrahman Salem Al Malik, Fahad Adnan Al Mansour, Noura Tariq Al Qadi, and Bandar Mohammed Al Hamali.

Shareholders also approved delegating the powers of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) to the elected board for a period of one year from the date of approval or until the end of the board's term, whichever comes first.

The resolution to conclude the previous board cycle passed with 97.84% approval, while the delegation of assembly powers received 96.44% support. The board election was confirmed with 66.78% of the votes cast.
