Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Almasane Alkobra Mining Company (AMAK) resolved on 30 July 2026 to extend the appointment of SNB Capital as a market maker for the company’s shares.
The extension is set for a duration of one year and is intended to support liquidity in the trading of the company's stock.
The decision follows the initial appointment of SNB Capital as a market maker, which was previously disclosed on 5 August 2025.
That original agreement was established for a period of one year from the commencement of market-making activities and included a provision for extension.
AMAK stated that it will disclose any further developments regarding the market-making arrangement as they occur.
The company confirmed there are no financial impacts or costs associated with this specific extension that require disclosure at this time.
In the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, AMAK posted 52.55% year-on-year (YoY) lower net profits at SAR 34.66 million, compared to SAR 73.05 million.
