Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Azm for Communication and Information Technology Company has opened the nomination period for one additional board member for the current term.

The term, which commenced on 22 June 2026, is scheduled to conclude on 21 June 2030.

The decision follows a board recommendation issued on 30 July 2026 to amend Article 15 of the company’s bylaws. The proposed amendment stipulates that the board must consist of at least three members, with the total number of directors for the current cycle increasing to 6 members.

The nomination window opened on 2 August and will remain active until 2 September 2026. Interested candidates must comply with the Companies Law and Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

Requirements include that a candidate may not hold more than five board memberships in listed companies simultaneously.

The election of the additional member will take place during an Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (EGM), the date of which will be announced following necessary regulatory approvals.

On 29 June, the company appointed its leadership team and the reconstitution of its primary board committees for its second organizational term.
