The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 4 held on 05/08/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Approval of Unaudited Financial Statements for six months period ended on 30th June  2026.

Voltamp  Energy SAOG is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors approved unaudited financial statements for Six  months period ended on 30^th June  2026  at the Board Meeting held on 5^th august 2026 .

 

All unaudited financial statements has been published on MSX website. 

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
