News content: Disclosure Regarding Developments in the Anti-Dumping Investigation

Further to the Company's disclosure published on 25 December 2025 regarding the filing of an anti-dumping complaint concerning imports of calcium chloride, Oman Chlorine SAOG would like to inform its valued shareholders that the Technical Secretariat for Combating Harmful Practices in International Trade at the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) has completed the preliminary stage of the investigation and issued its Preliminary Findings Report.

According to the preliminary findings, the Technical Secretariat concluded that imports of calcium chloride originating in or exported from the Republic of India and the Arab Republic of Egypt were dumped into the GCC market. The Preliminary Findings Report further concluded that the dumped imports caused material injury to the GCC industry and established a causal link between the dumped imports and the material injury suffered by the GCC industry.

Pursuant to Article (21) of the Implementing Regulations of the Unified Law on Anti-Dumping, Countervailing and Safeguard Measures of the GCC States, the GCC Permanent Committee for Combating Harmful Practices in International Trade has decided to continue the investigation without imposing provisional measures at this stage.

The Company will continue to monitor the progress of the investigation and will keep its shareholders informed of any material developments in accordance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
