The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 4 held on 06/08/2026 and passed the following resolutions.

Sub: Approval of the unaudited financial results for the period ending on 30 June 2026

Dhofar Foods and Investment Company SAOG announces that the unaudited financial results for the period ending on 30 June 2026 were approved at the Board of Directors meeting held on 6/8/2026. Noting that the detailed financial results will be uploaded via Muscat Stock Exchange website during the legal period.

*Board meeting resolutions have to be disclosed one hour, at least, before the beginning of the next day trading session.
