Riyadh — Mubasher: Mohammed Hadi Al Rasheed & Partners Company recently issued a corrective disclosure regarding its recent procurement of Sharia-compliant banking facilities from Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB).

The company clarified that a clerical error occurred in its previous announcement published on 29 July 2026.

The original filing incorrectly stated that the financier’s approval for the credit facilities was obtained on 28 July 2026.

Al Rasheed has now confirmed that the actual date of approval from SAB was 29 July 2026.

This correction follows the initial disclosure, while no other terms of the financing agreement were amended in this statement.
