Riyadh — Mubasher: Almujtama Alraida Medical Company has formed the audit committee for a new four-year term.
The committee’s tenure commenced on 1 August 2026 and is scheduled to conclude on 31 July 2030, according to a bourse filing.
The board appointed Maher Abdullah Al Madani, an external member, as the chairman of the committee.
Al Madani brings over 20 years of experience in the banking and real estate development sectors.
Joining Al Madani on the committee are Karim Bashti, an independent board member with more than 25 years of experience in supply chain and logistics, and Ahmed Ibrahim Qasim, an external member with over 12 years of experience in financial planning and governance.
The appointments were finalized during a board meeting held on 1 August 2026. The committee members possess diverse professional backgrounds, including expertise in risk management, internal audit, and digital transformation, supported by academic qualifications from institutions such as Alfaisal University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
