Riyadh - Mubasher: Perfect Presentation for Commercial Services Company (2P Perfect Presentation) renewed and increased its Sharia-compliant credit facilities with Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB).

The financing agreement is valued at SAR 447.99 million and is intended to support the company’s operational requirements and strategic growth.

The credit facility will be utilized to fund new projects, issue letters of guarantee and letters of credit, and provide invoice financing. According to the regulatory filing, the financing period extends until 9 August 2027.

To secure the credit limits, 2P Perfect Presentation has provided a promissory note covering the total value of the facilities. There are no related parties involved in the transaction.

This renewal aligns with the company's efforts to maintain robust liquidity for its ongoing commercial services and project execution.

In the first half (H1) of 2026, 2P Perfect Presentation recorded 3.41% higher net profits at SAR 69.62 million, compared to SAR 67.32 million in H1-25.
