Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Razi Medical Company recently invited its shareholders to attend the first Ordinary General Assembly meeting scheduled for 7 September 2026, according to a bourse filing.

The meeting will be conducted via modern technology at 18:30, with the company’s headquarters in the Al Badaya district of the Qassim region serving as the virtual anchor.

The primary agenda item for the assembly is the election of board members for the upcoming four-year term.

According to the disclosure, the new session is slated to begin on 9 September 2026 and will conclude on 8 September 2030.

 Shareholders registered in the company’s records at the Securities Depository Center by the end of the trading session preceding the meeting are eligible to attend and vote.

Electronic voting for the assembly items is scheduled to commence at 01:00 on 3 September 2026 and will remain open until the conclusion of the meeting.

The assembly requires a quorum of shareholders representing at least one-quarter of the company’s voting shares to be considered valid.

Meanwhile, Al Razi Medical currently maintains a capital of SAR 1.52 million. The company lately announced a net profit of nearly SAR 420,000 recorded during the first half (H1) of 2026.
