Riyadh – Mubasher: Methanol Chemicals Company (Chemanol) announced it is unable to publish its interim financial results for the period that ended on 30 June 2026, within the specified regulatory timeframe.

The delay is primarily attributed to the company’s failure to finalize its annual financial statements for 2025 and the interim results for the first quarter (Q1) of 2026 on schedule. These outstanding filings have hindered the completion of audit work and subsequent financial procedures for the period ending 30June 2026.

The company is currently coordinating with an external auditor, who was appointed during the General Assembly meeting held on 6 August 2026, to complete and publish the results.

Chemanol expects to release the financial statements within the regulatory grace period of 20 trading sessions.

In accordance with listing rules, trading of the company’s shares on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) will be suspended effective 12 August 2026.

Management stated it is taking necessary measures to ensure compliance with financial disclosure deadlines for future periods.
