The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 5 held on 12/08/2026 and passed the following resolutions.
| Board of Directors approved the Financial Statements for the Period January – June 2026. |
| The Board of Directors of Galfar Engineering & Contracting SAOG, have, in their meeting held on Wednesday 12th August 2026, approved the unaudited financial statements for the parent company and the unaudited consolidated financial statements for the period January-June 2026, initial results of which were already disclosed on 15th July 2026. |
| The full financials of the above period will be uploaded to MSX website. |
