Supplementary Disclosure –Providing Fuel Supply/Refueling Services

Further to the disclosure issued on 13 August 2026 regarding the award of a fuel supply/refueling services tender, Al Maha Petroleum Products Marketing Company SAOG would like to provide the following additional informationto the Financial Services Authority (FSA) and its valued shareholders.

 The Company received a Letter of Award on 5 August 2026 from Nama Electricity Distribution Company SAOG for the supply of fuel to its vehicle fleet.

The total value of the contract is OMR 2,367,750 (Omani Riyals Two Million Three Hundred Sixty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Only). The contract shall commence on 1 September 2026 and continue until 31 August 2031, for a period of five years.

 This contract is expected to have a positive impact on the Company's sales and profits over the duration of the contract.
