The board of directors proposed, during its meeting held at (time) on 17/08/2026  01:00 PM ,

raising the company’s capital through right issue at a percentage of 45 of its capital. This shall lead to increase in the Company's capital from 5501750 Omani Rial to 8001750 Omani Rial. The offered price will be 100 (if any ) with a premium of(If any).

*The Market shall be informed with the record date, once specified, and at least five working days before the date of acquiring such right.
