Riyadh - Mubasher: Dar Al Balad for Business Solutions Company reported a net profit of SAR 25.46 million for the first half (H1) of 2026, representing a 2.88% increase from the SAR 24.75 million recorded during the same period in 2025.

The company attributed the growth to a 6.95% rise in total revenues, which reached SAR 166.57 billion, driven primarily by the business solutions segment in the parent company.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the half-year period stood at SAR 0.36, up from SAR 0.35 a year earlier.

Total shareholders' equity increased by 35.72% to SAR 205.29 million.

For the second quarter (Q2) of 2026, net profit edged down 0.92% to SAR 11.14 million, compared to SAR 11.25 million in the prior-year period.

While operating profit for the quarter rose by 5.07% to SAR 12.83 million, the bottom line was pressured by an increase in estimated Zakat expenses to SAR 1.40 million and unrealized losses from investment revaluations totaling SAR 464,748.

Quarterly revenue grew by 3.85% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 82.25 million, though it declined by 2.47% on a sequential basis from Q1-26.

The company noted that geopolitical conditions impacted industrial maintenance and chemical impurity purification services at its subsidiary.
