Riyadh — Mubasher: Fad International Company announced its interim financial results for the six-month period ended on 30 June 2026, reporting a net profit of SAR 12.25 million, according to the income statement.

The earnings represented a 4.43% decrease from the SAR 12.81 million recorded during the same period last year.

Earnings per share (EPS) for the period reached SAR 10.2, down from SAR 10.68 in the prior-year half.

Fad International’s revenue fell 7.14% to SAR 90.83 million in H1-26, compared to SAR 97.82 million a year earlier.

The revenue decline was due to lower sales across various channels, noting that wholesale and export activities were pressured by regional geopolitical tensions, specifically affecting markets in Bahrain and Qatar.

Additionally, retail and e-commerce segments faced shipping delays and shifting market dynamics.

Despite the drop in top-line performance, the impact on the bottom line was partially mitigated by improved gross profit margins and a reduction in selling, distribution, general, and administrative expenses.

Finance costs also decreased during the period. Meanwhile, total shareholders' equity stood at SAR 27.09 million at the end of H1-26, reflecting a 2.11% change from SAR 27.68 million in the previous year.

The external auditor issued an unmodified opinion on the financial statements.
