With reference to the information circulated on social media accounts (X platform) regarding the existence of a list for the termination of employees at Raysut Cement Company (S.A.O.G), the Company would like to emphasize that the circulated information is inaccurate and is not based on any official decision issued by the Company.

This clarification statement is issued pursuant to Article (292) of the Executive Regulation of the Securities Law No. (E/11/2026).

The Company's Management further reaffirms its full commitment to disclosure requirements in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. Any material information relating to the Company's business will be announced solely through the officially approved communication channels.
