Riyadh – Mubasher: International Human Resources Company said that its board of directors approved the formation of a Governance and Compliance Committee to be chaired by board member Badr bin Khalid Al Shathri.
The decision, which was passed during the 17 August 2026 meeting, aims to align the company with the governance regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
The board also appointed two external members, namely Yazid bin Khalid Al Baoud and Ahmed bin Hussein Al Rashed.
Al Baoud brings over 17 years of experience in governance, including more than 10 years at the CMA.
Meanwhile, Al Rashed possesses over 20 years of experience in compliance, risk, and governance, currently serving as a senior executive at Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company, which is now known as Etihad GO Telecom Company.
The membership term for the newly formed committee officially commenced on 18 August 2026 and is scheduled to run through the end of the current board session, which concludes on 25 December 2027.
International Human Resources board stated that the selection of members was based on their professional qualifications and extensive leadership experience across various financial and industrial institutions.
