Riyadh — Mubasher: Arab Sea Information Systems Company has invited its shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (OGM) that is scheduled for 14 September 2026.

The meeting will be conducted via modern technology at 06:30 PM from the company’s headquarters in Riyadh, according to a bourse filing.

The primary agenda item for the session is the election of board members for the upcoming three-year term, which is set to begin on 17 September 2026 and conclude on 16 September 2029.

Shareholders registered in the company’s records at the Securities Depository Center by the end of the trading session preceding the meeting are eligible to attend and vote.

The meeting will be considered valid if attended by shareholders representing at least 25% of the company’s voting shares.

Electronic voting is scheduled to commence at 01:00 AM on 11 September 2026 via the Tadawulaty platform.

In the event a quorum is not reached for the first meeting, a second session will be held one hour after the scheduled time and will be valid regardless of the number of shares represented.

It is worth noting that Arab Sea Information Systems generated net profits worth SAR 1.62 million in the first half (H1) of 2026.
