Riyadh — Mubasher: Riyad Capital, the fund manager of Riyad REIT Fund, announced an update to the fund’s terms and conditions effective 24 August 2026.
The amendments include significant changes to the fund’s governance and administrative structure, according to a bourse filing.
Abdullah Al Fares has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors, succeeding Raed Al Barakati following his resignation.
The update also reflects the appointment of a new auditor and provides revised contact information for the fund manager’s headquarters and website.
Additionally, the fund’s Zakat and tax advisor details have been updated.
Riyad REIT Fund, which has a current capital of SAR 690 million and a target capital of SAR 1.63 billion, maintains its policy of distributing at least 90% of its annual net profits to unitholders.
The fund was originally established in 2008 and listed on the Saudi Exchange in 2016 with a 99-year term.
The fund manager confirmed that these administrative updates are reflected in the revised fund manual and relevant sub-clauses of the terms and conditions.
