Riyadh — Mubasher: Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) announced the renewal and amendment of a Sharia-compliant credit facility agreement with Al Rajhi Bank at a total amount of SAR 2 billion, according to a bourse filing.

The agreement was finalized and approved on 26 August 2026, while the financing period for the renewed credit facility extends until 31 August 2027.

MIS stated that the funding is intended to provide diverse banking facilities to support both large and small-scale company projects.

Under the terms of the agreement, the credit line is secured by promissory notes equivalent to the total value of the facility.

MIS further confirmed that there are no related parties involved in the transaction, while this renewal ensures continued financial flexibility for the firm's operational requirements and project financing needs through the end of August 2027.
