Subject: Resignation of the Chief Financial Officer

SMN Power Holding SAOG (“the Company”) would like to inform the Financial Services Authority, Muscat Stock Exchange and the investors’ community that Mr. Abdullah Al Naimi, the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has submitted his resignation to pursue another professional opportunity. The Board of Directors has accepted the resignation, which will be effective from 30th August 2026.

The Company and the Board of Directors extend their appreciation to Mr. AbdullahAl Naimi for his valuable contributions and dedication to the Company during his tenure and wish him continued success in all future endeavors.

The Company will disclose the appointment of the new CFO in due course upon finalization and approval by the Board of Directors.
