Riyadh — Mubasher: Sure Global Tech Company announced the resignation of Faisal Mohammed Al Obaid from his position as an external member of the company’s audit committee.

The resignation was submitted and became effective on 27 August 2026, according to a bourse filing.

Al Obaid stepped down due to personal circumstances and a diversification of his professional responsibilities and commitments.

The former member had served in the audit committee since his appointment began on 22 September 2025.

Sure Global Tech expressed its gratitude to Al Obaid for his contributions and efforts during his tenure on the committee.

The company, meanwhile, did not immediately name a replacement for the vacated seat. The board of directors is expected to address the vacancy in accordance with corporate governance regulations and the company's internal bylaws.
