Muscat Insurance Company SAOG hereby informs its shareholders and the investment community that the Financial Services Authority (FSA) has issued Administrative Penalty Decision No. (21/2026) dated 24 August 2026.

 

Under the said decision, the Company has been issued a warning pursuant to Article (58/A) of the Securities Law promulgated by Royal Decree No. 46/2022, in relation to the delay in making the immediate disclosure of the Company’s audited annual financial statements for the year 2025 following their approval by the Board of Directors.

 

The Company confirms that the decision relates to the timing of the disclosure and does not impose any monetary penalty or restriction on the Company’s insurance operations.

 

The Company reaffirms its full commitment to complying with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements, in line with its dedication to sound governance and operational integrity.
