The board of directors discussed the topics listed on the agenda in its meeting no. 8 held on 30/08/2026 and passed the following resolutions.
| Date: 31 August 2026 Subject: Disclosure of news to shareholders Raysut Cement Company SAOC would like to disclose that the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Abdulrahman Fahad Al-Zuraiqi to the Executive, Nominations and Remuneration Committee, effective from August 30, 2026, following the approval of the EOGM of today.
The Board of Directors wishes Mr. Abdulrahman Fahad Al-Zuraiqi every success in his role.
