Riyadh — Mubasher: Arabian Internet and Communications Services Company (solutions) penned a revenue-sharing agreement on 31 August with Tatweer Educational Technologies, the strategic technical arm of the Ministry of Education.
The five-year contract focuses on the development and operation of Madaris, the unified national digital platform serving the private education sector in Saudi Arabia.
The company stated that the total value of the contract is expected to exceed 10% of its annual audited revenues for the fiscal year 2025. However, the final contract value remains variable as it depends on actual revenues generated under the agreed-upon income-sharing model.
The scope of work includes enhancing digital services and executing operational tasks to improve the experience for investors, students, and parents.
The financial impact of this partnership is projected to appear on the company’s financial statements starting from the first quarter (Q1) of 2027.
This agreement aligns with the strategic objective of solutions to expand public-private partnerships and implement sustainable business models. No related parties were identified in the transaction.
In the first half (H1) of 2026, solutions logged net profits valued at SAR 824 million, up 2.11% from SAR 807 million in H1-25.
