Riyadh - Mubasher: Morabaha Marina Financing Company’s board of directors approved the resignation of CEO Khaled bin Suleiman Al Jasser on 31 August 2026.

According to a regulatory filing, Al Jasser submitted his resignation due to personal circumstances.

The board of directors accepted the decision via a circular resolution, noting that the CEO’s final day of work will be30  September  2026.

The company expressed its gratitude to Al Jasser for his contributions and efforts during his tenure.

Morabaha Marina Financing stated that the board is currently working to complete the necessary legal and regulatory procedures to appoint a successor or acting CEO.

This process includes obtaining a no objection notice from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

The company committed to disclosing any material developments regarding the appointment of a new executive leadership in due course.

At the end of June 2026, Morabaha Marina Financing incurred a net loss of SAR 26.38 million, compared to a net profit of SAR 2.98 million a year earlier.
