Riyadh — Mubasher: Knowledge Tower Trading Company has received purchase orders from Maarif Education Company to supply educational books and curricula for the 2026/2027 academic year.

The total value of the supply contract amounts to SAR 20.41 million, based on the agreement signed on 27 August 2026 and valid for three years.

Under the terms of the contract, Knowledge Tower acts as the exclusive agent for National Geographic in the Saudi market to facilitate the delivery of these educational materials.

The supply process is based on an existing three-year framework agreement between Maarif Education and National Geographic.

The listed company expects the financial impact of these purchase orders to be reflected in its financial results throughout the duration of the contract.

Knowledge Tower confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
