Riyadh — Mubasher: Arabian International Healthcare Holding Company (Tibbiyah) lately issued a follow-up disclosure in which it announced the receipt of the original, fully executed contract from the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs.

The announcement is following the completion of all required signatures on 25 August 2026.

Meanwhile, the agreement is valued at SAR 67 million and involves the supply of orthopedic and spinal requirements under tender number NPT0035/23.

Tibbiyah confirmed that the finalization of the documentation process and the receipt of the signed contract do not result in any additional financial impact beyond what was previously disclosed.

This disclosure follows the company’s initial announcement on 26 August 2026 regarding the contract award.

Tibbiyah, therefore, continues to strengthen its partnership with the Ministry of National Guard through the provision of specialized medical supplies.
