Riyadh — Mubasher: The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) announced on Wednesday the implementation of issuer procedures regarding the capital increase for Dallah Healthcare Company.
The update follows the company’s fulfillment of regulatory requirements for the capital hike.
Edaa confirmed that the additional shares are now reflected in investor portfolios, enabling the commencement of trading on the new securities.
