Riyadh – Mubasher: Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) and the National Water Company (NWC) collaborated to enhance the latter’s operational communications through an advanced cloud-based solution designed to improve call management, privacy, and reliability.

The solution is expected to enable faster response times and enhance service quality for NWC beneficiaries, according to a press release.

Built on a cloud-native platform hosted on Zain KSA’s local cloud infrastructure, the solution features call masking and encrypted call recording, alongside real-time analytics dashboards that provide greater visibility into communication performance and support data-driven decision-making.

It further integrates and improves communications handling, while boosting security and operational agility. The collaboration highlights the role of cloud and AI technologies in addressing operational requirements and improving service delivery, while supporting Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation objectives under Saudi Vision 2030.

By combining NWC’s operational expertise with Zain KSA’s digital and technology capabilities, the partnership demonstrates how advanced digital infrastructure can help organizations improve operational efficiency while delivering a more seamless beneficiary experience.
