Riyadh — Mubasher: SAL Saudi Logistics Services Company and Elm Company have launched CargoGate, a digital operational solution designed to streamline shipment pickup and delivery procedures across SAL’s stations.
Announced during LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, the service contributes to improving operational efficiency and enhancing the experience for customers and beneficiaries of SAL’s services, according to a press release.
The launch follows the successful completion of the service's pilot phase, which recorded an operational adoption rate of 92% across SAL’s main stations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Madinah.
The platform enables customers and service providers to schedule shipment pickup and delivery appointments, manage vehicle movements within SAL stations, and track procedures related to SAL’s services. CargoGate is part of SAL’s ongoing efforts to accelerate digital transformation across its operations, enhance station efficiency, and improve service quality. It also supports the group’s strategy to build more agile and efficient operations in line with the rapid growth of Saudi Arabia’s logistics sector.
