Riyadh — Mubasher: Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Company has invited its shareholders to attend the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for 19:00 on 30 September 2026.
The meeting will be held at the company’s headquarters in Riyadh and via modern technology.
The primary agenda item is the election of board members from among the candidates for the upcoming term.
This new session is slated to begin on 18 October 2026 and will conclude on 17 October 2030, spanning a duration of four years.
Shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center by the end of the trading session preceding the meeting are eligible to attend and vote.
The assembly requires a legal quorum of shareholders representing at least one-quarter of the company's capital to be valid.
Electronic voting is scheduled to commence at 01:00 on 27 September, through the Tadawulaty platform and will remain open until the conclusion of the meeting.
According to the disclosure, the company's paid-up capital stands at SAR 150 million.
Last August, the company submitted a formal application to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) to reduce its share capital from SAR 150 million to SAR 45.42 million.
