Riyadh — Mubasher: First Milling Company (First Mills)announced the formation of its audit committee for the new board of directors term, which commenced on 30 August 2026.

The appointments were finalized during a board of directors meeting held on 3 September 2026.

The committee includes Abdulrahman Sulaiman Al Turaigi, who previously served as the chairman of the audit and risk committee during the company's prior term.

Al Turaigi brings extensive experience from roles at Almarai and the General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection.

Joining him is Awad Abdullah Al-Omari, the current Chief Executive Officer of Al Mana Medical Group.

The board also appointed Mohammed Abdullah Al-Wabel and Basem Mohammed Bandari to the committee.

Both Al Wabel and Bandari served as members of the audit committee during the previous term.

Al Wabel currently holds the position of Vice Chairman at Masarah Investment, while Bandari serves on the boards of several entities, including Al Safi Danone and Arabian International Healthcare Holding Company.
