Riyadh – Mubasher: Umm Al Qura for Development and Construction Company announced the expiration of two reservation agreements for the sale of two land plots within the Masar Destination project in Makkah.

The agreements, originally signed with Musa Abdulaziz Al Mousa & Sons Real Estate Group Holding, reached the end of their specified duration without the finalization of the sale transactions.

The developer, which serves as the owner and operator of the Masar Destination, stated that it will retain the down payment amount received for the reservations in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

This follows previous updates regarding the transaction published on 8 September  2025 and 9 March 2026.

Regarding the financial impact, Umm Al Qura for Development confirmed that the retained down payment will be recognized under other income in its financial statements.

The company expressed confidence in its ability to secure alternative investment deals for the two land plots, citing strong demand and the investment attractiveness of the Masar Destination project.

At the end of June 2026, the listed group recorded net profits amounting to SAR 261.03 million, an annual drop of 34.14% from SAR 396.34 million.
