Riyadh — Mubasher: Etihad GO Telecom Company has opened nominations for its board of directors for the upcoming sixth term, according to a bourse filing.

The company is seeking candidates for nine seats to serve a four-year tenure scheduled to run from 14 November 2026 until 13 November 2030.

The nomination period opens on 7 September 2026 and will remain active until 7 October 2026.

According to the disclosure, candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria, including being over 35 years of age and possessing at least 15 years of professional experience.

Furthermore, applicants are required to have a minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership positions.

The selection process will be governed by the company’s internal policies, which stipulate a 70% qualification threshold for candidates.

Following the review of applications by the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, the final election of members will take place at a future general assembly meeting.
