Riyadh — Mubasher: Tabuk Agricultural Development Company (TADCO) issued a corrective disclosure regarding a previous announcement dated 7 September, concerning the membership status of board member Abdullah Hammoud Fallah Al Salhi.

The company clarified that Al Salhi’s status has been changed from executive director to non-executive director, rather than independent director as previously stated.

The reclassification follows the conclusion of his assignment as Managing Director. This change became effective as of 6 September. The company confirmed that Al Salhi will continue to serve as a member of the board of directors.

TADCO noted that this correction is limited specifically to the membership designation of the individual mentioned and does not impact any other information provided in the original regulatory filing.

The adjustment ensures compliance with governance standards following the end of his executive mandate.
