Riyadh — Mubasher: Leaf Global Environmental Services Company inked a service contract with Reef Environmental Restoration Services for a mangrove planting program.
The project involves the planting of 1 million mangrove trees along the Red Sea coast.
The company stated that the total value of the contract exceeds 15% of its total revenue from the previous fiscal year.
Under the terms of the agreement, project operations are scheduled to be completed by the end of October 2028.
Leaf Global expects the financial impact of this agreement to be reflected in its revenue growth starting from the second half (H2) of 2026, continuing through 2027 and 2028.
The company confirmed that the contract was awarded within the normal course of business and does not involve any related parties or preferential treatment.
This initiative is part of the 2026 mangrove planting program aimed at environmental restoration in the region.
In H1-26, the company witnessed 80.29% lower net profits at SAR 1.20 million, compared to SAR 6.08 million in the same period last year.
