Riyadh – Mubasher: Al Jouf Cement Company announced the resignation of Abdulrahman bin Sulaiman Al Oudan from his position as an independent member at the Audit Committee.

The resignation took effect on the summation day, 9 September, according to a bourse filing.

This move was based on the member's personal circumstances. Meanwhile, the company will disclose any developments related to the appointment of a new member to the vacant position in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

On 30 June, the company’s general assembly ratified several board appointments made during the current term, which is scheduled to conclude on 5 August 2027.
