Riyadh - Mubasher: Consolidated Grünenfelder Saady Holding Company (CGS) announced that electronic voting for its ordinary general assembly meeting will commence at 1:00 AM on 13 September 2026.

The voting period will remain open for registered shareholders on the Tadawulaty platform until the conclusion of the assembly session.

The meeting is scheduled to take place virtually via modern technology at 8:30 PM on 16 September. This announcement follows the company’s initial invitation issued on 19 August, regarding the first meeting of the ordinary general assembly.

Shareholders registered in the company’s records at the end of the trading session preceding the assembly are entitled to participate in the voting process.
