Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of Al Jouf Cement Company has approved several changes to its sub-committees, effective between 12 and 14 September 2026.

The restructuring follows the resignation of Hani bin Suleiman Al Saleh from the audit committee and the departure of independent member Abdulrahman bin Suleiman Al Oudan from his committee roles.

The board appointed Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Kobraish as a non-executive member of the audit committee, effective 12 September.

Al Kobraish brings over 25 years of experience in corporate governance and internal auditing.

Additionally, Yazid bin Hussam Al Hayyaf was appointed as an independent member of the audit committee from outside the board, effective 14 September 2026.

Al Hayyaf holds over 18 years of experience in financial leadership and professional consulting.

Hani bin Suleiman Al Saleh, who has served on the audit committee since 19 May 2025, will transition to the remuneration and nominations committee effective 12 September.

All new appointments are scheduled to run until the end of the current board term on 5 August 2027.

The company stated the changes were driven by members' desires to focus on specific board responsibilities.
