Riyadh — Mubasher: The board of Saudi Networkers Services Company approved the reconstitution of the Nominations and Remunerations Committee.

The move is designed to meet regulatory requirements as the company prepares for its transition to the Saudi Exchange Main Market (Tadawul).

Under the new structure, Mohammed Abdulkarim Al Muhaimeed, an independent member, will serve as the chairman of the committee.

He replaces Osama Mohammed Abdulaziz Al Sabiq, a non-executive member, who will remain on the committee as a member.

Musaab Hussein Al Khudairi, an independent member, also continues his role within the three-member body.

The board confirmed that the new committee formation will take effect on 15 September 2026. The term for the reconstituted committee is scheduled to run until the conclusion of the current board session on 13 October 2029.

This administrative adjustment follows the board's resolution to ensure compliance with governance standards necessary for the company's upcoming listing shift.

Saudi Networkers Services delivered SAR 18.56 million in net profit at the end of June 2026.
