Riyadh — Mubasher: Sure Global Tech Company inked a strategic memorandum of understanding (MoU) with  Etihad GO Telecom Company to explore joint technical projects and digital solutions.

The agreement, signed on 2 September 2026, establishes a framework for cooperation across several high-growth sectors including cloud services, smart cities, managed services, and internet solutions.

Under the terms of the three-year agreement, both companies will leverage their respective expertise to expand the delivery of advanced digital products.

Sure Global Tech indicated that the partnership will specifically focus on financial technology (FinTech) and AI applications.

The company noted that it brings 20 years of operational experience and a mature portfolio of professional services to the collaboration.

The company stated that the financial impact of the MoU cannot be determined at this stage.

Future financial outcomes will depend on specific service orders and contracts executed between the two parties based on the scope and commercial terms of individual projects. Sure Global Tech confirmed there are no related parties involved in this transaction.
