In a letter sent to Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE), Kout Food Group announced that, as part of its plans to expand in overseas markets, it will establish several subsidiaries in the UAE, Qatar and Iraq.

These units will be specialized in constructing and operating restaurants and food facilities, representing foreign foodstuff companies, in addition to importing and exporting all what is related to their business activities.
